JB Holland Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway excavation contractor with jobsites located throughout the State of Iowa and surrounding states. 

Project Management Position Requirements:　

  • Schedule, coordinate and assign projects, suppliers, subcontractors, equipment and personnel
  • Participate in estimating work
  • Obtain all applicable project permits and licenses
  • Notifies all applicable agencies regarding construction, including one call
  • Hold project meetings
  • Communicate with the Project Foremen the details and issues of the project on a daily basis
  • Communicate with the CEO status of all projects as needed
  • Direct, evaluate, discipline and train subordinates
  • Approve all terminations of crew members for subordinate management
  • Prepare reports and billings for projects
  • Review/approve project expenses

 

Sales Director Position Requirements: 

  • Develop JB Holland marketing plan and materials
  • Develop, research and expand JB Holland’s stabilization market
  • Project locating for JB Holland’s stabilization projects
  • Project locating for JB Holland’s core business projects
  • Visit and promote to Count Engineers/Private Engineers/Developers/Contractors
  • Track and follow up on potential projects and leads
  • Prepare presentations for customer visits
  • Follow projects thru procurement and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track volume and work load of competition
  • Develop forecast of potential markets and pricing
